Not bad. Built quality good. But fader movements not smooth..gain have to turn fully then only we get satisfied volume. Effects are good
I am very pleased with my mixer. I have tested all the functions and am very impressed with the quality of the sound and dsp.
To cap it off the mixer is very solidly constructed with all of the components houses in a sturdy metal housing. The design and function of the layout is very pleasing to the eye and all the knobs and sliders are smooth and noise free. Well done

Can I connect a USB-C cable from my iPad Air to this mixer and control 8 separate channels sent digitally from Stagetraxx4?
If you’re wanting to send 8 separate channels from Stage Traxx 4 on your iPad and have each one appear on a separate mixer channel, that requires multichannel USB audio support — a standard USB connection alone doesn’t necessarily provide this.
Can you use fold back speakers as well as front of house speakers with this mixer?
Yes, you can run both foldback (monitor) speakers and front-of-house (main) speakers with the HG8 mixer.
The main outputs are used for your front-of-house speakers.
